Information about Max Habermann and his wife Anni and the family
Max Habermann ((21. März 1885 in Altona; † 30. Oktober 1944 in Gifhorn) war Buchhändler, Gewerkschafter und gehörte zum engeren Kreis des deutschen Widerstandes vom 20. Juli 1944. Er war mit Anni Stoffers verheiratet und hatte mit ihr zwei Töchter und fünf Söhne) used to live at 51 Berliner strasse (now Ostpreußendamm) during the war. There is a plaque commemorate him in front of the house at this address on the street, and there is a street in Bonn named after him.
